A lounge jumper in 85% Pima cotton and 15% baby alpaca, made in Portugal. Polo-style collar, deep V neckline, relaxed fit with dropped shoulders.
Why this blend
Pima cotton is long-staple, so the yarn is stronger and smoother than standard cotton and resists pilling — which is what usually ruins a ribbed knit.
Baby alpaca at 15% adds warmth and drape without the itch of wool. Alpaca has no lanolin, which is why people who react to wool can generally wear it.
The result is a knit warm enough for a cold house but light enough not to overheat indoors.
Loungewear you can answer the door in
The polo collar and dropped shoulders are what lift this out of pyjama territory. It reads as a jumper rather than as loungewear, which is the difference when someone knocks.

Sizes run UK 8 to 16. A relaxed fit with dropped shoulders — take your usual size, or size down for a closer fit.

Care
Machine wash at 30°C. Lay flat to dry — hanging a knit this weight while wet will stretch the shoulders permanently.
