Office Products buying guide
Quick guidance
- Set up in order: chair height first (feet flat, knees at 90 degrees), then desk height (elbows at 90 degrees), then screen last (top of screen at or just below eye level).
- Use a separate keyboard if you work on a laptop. You cannot position a laptop screen and keyboard correctly at the same time.
- Adjustable lumbar support matters more than padding, and it should meet the inward curve of your lower back.
- Standing desks: alternate rather than standing all day, and build up gradually. Reset the screen height each time you change position.
