Flaxseed Yak Dog Chew – Long Lasting Himalayan Milk Chew, Medium & Large

The standard Himalayan yak chew with flaxseed worked into the recipe at 1.8%. Flaxseed is a source of omega-3 fatty acids, though at this inclusion rate treat it as a flavour variation rather than a supplement.

Hard-pressed from Himalayan cow milk with no binding agents, grains or preservatives.

Choosing a size

• Medium 60–75g — small to medium dogs
• Large 95–115g — medium to large breeds

Size up rather than down. A chew small enough to fit fully in the mouth is a choking risk.

The end piece

Microwave the stub for 30–60 seconds to puff it into a crisp, soft treat.

Himalayan cow milk (98%), flaxseed (1.8%), lime juice (0.1%), salt (0.1%).

Analytical constituents per 100g: protein 62.4%, moisture 8%, crude oils and fats 18%, lactose 0.5%. Energy 386 kcal.

Feeding and safety

A complementary pet food, not a complete diet. Supervise your dog while chewing and provide fresh drinking water. Discard any piece small enough to swallow whole. Hard chews carry a risk of tooth damage in dogs that bite down aggressively — check with your vet if yours is a heavy cruncher. Not suitable for dogs with a dairy intolerance.
