A 9ft full-body pillow in white, wrapping around to support bump, back, hips and knees together.
Why side sleeping matters in pregnancy
NHS and Tommy's guidance is to go to sleep on your side from 28 weeks, either side, because back sleeping in later pregnancy is associated with an increased risk of stillbirth.
Staying there is the hard part. A full-body pillow makes side sleeping comfortable enough to hold — the bump supported from the front, and a section between the knees keeping your hips level.
If you wake on your back, just settle onto your side again.
Why white
It shows marks, but it washes back to white and can be bleached. Coloured cases fade unevenly across a year of nightly use; white does not.
9ft or 12ft?
The 9ft is lighter and leaves more bed for a partner. The 12ft gives more to wrap around you but takes over a double.

Worth knowing
A comfort pillow, not a medical device. For persistent back or hip pain, ask your midwife about physiotherapy.
Contact your midwife or maternity unit straight away if you get sudden or severe swelling in your face, hands or feet, a bad headache, vision problems or pain under your ribs. These can be signs of pre-eclampsia.
