Adjustable Knee Support Brace – Compression Sleeve with Gel Pad

An adjustable knee support with side stabilisers, a gel patella pad and Velcro fastening.

What it is

A compression support worn during sport, walking or work where you want the joint held more firmly. The side stabilisers limit sideways movement, the gel pad sits over the kneecap, and the straps let you set the tightness rather than accepting a fixed sleeve.

What it is not

Worth being clear. This is a comfort and compression support, not a medical device, and it does not treat any condition.

If you have knee pain — whether from an injury, arthritis or anything else — see a GP or physiotherapist. Knee pain has a lot of causes and the right treatment depends on which one you have. A support may form part of what they recommend, but it is not a substitute for finding out what's wrong.

If you are recovering from surgery or a diagnosed injury, use only the support your clinician has specified.

Fitting it

Measure around the middle of your knee and check against the size guide before ordering. A brace that's too loose does nothing; too tight restricts circulation.

It should feel firm but not constricting. Remove it if you notice numbness, tingling, pins and needles, colour change or increased swelling below the knee. Don't wear it overnight or for long periods without breaks.

Care

Hand wash and air dry. Do not tumble dry — heat degrades the elastic and it will stop supporting.
