Pre-Eminent Beauty Serum – Firming Serum with Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin C

The serum Highborn built the range around. Lightweight and non-oily, with hyaluronic acid for hydration and vitamin C for brightness and antioxidant defence.

What the two actives do

Hyaluronic acid holds many times its own weight in water and draws it into the upper layers of skin, which is what makes fine lines look softer — dehydrated skin creases more readily than hydrated skin.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and helps defend against the free radical damage that comes from UV and pollution.

How to use it

Apply to damp skin after toning, before moisturiser. Damp skin is important with hyaluronic acid — it draws moisture from whatever is available, so on dry skin in a dry room it can pull water from deeper layers and leave the surface tighter, not softer.
