Oud is the most divisive note in perfumery. It is resinous, smoky and closer to incense than to anything floral or fruity, and people either love it immediately or cannot wear it at all. Buying a 100ml bottle of oud untested is the single most common expensive mistake in fragrance.

At 10ml you get around 100 sprays, and since oud needs only one or two per wear, that is months of use.

Under 100ml, so it travels in hand luggage.
