Five pairs of AHA exfoliating foot peel socks for hard skin and calluses.

Five single-use pairs of peel socks containing a high dose of alpha hydroxy acids. You wear them for around an hour, then over the following week the built-up hard skin loosens and sheds, leaving softer feet underneath.

How it works

The AHA solution softens the bonds holding dead surface skin together. Nothing happens on the day. Peeling typically starts three to seven days later and continues for about a week. It is not painful, but it is visible, so plan around it.

How to use it

1. Wash and dry your feet, then put on the plastic booties and secure them
2. Leave on for the time stated on the pack, usually 60 to 90 minutes
3. Remove and rinse thoroughly with warm water
4. Soak your feet daily afterwards to encourage peeling — do not pull or peel skin off manually

Timing it

Use it around two weeks before a holiday or an event, not the week of. The five-pack lets you do one full treatment and keep spares, or split them across the household.

Safety

Not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have diabetes, poor circulation, neuropathy, eczema, psoriasis, athlete's foot, open wounds or broken skin on the feet. Do not use on children. If you have any foot health condition, speak to your GP or a podiatrist first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. For external use only.
