Vissla Men's New Seas 6/5mm Hooded Wetsuit, U-Zip Entry

The Vissla New Seas 6/5mm is a men's hooded full wetsuit for cold water. Its hybrid U-Zip and V-Zip closure is designed to make the suit easier to get on and off and to seal the entry from shoulder to shoulder, with fewer layers around the neck and shoulders for paddling.

Choosing a wetsuit thickness

The two numbers give the neoprene thickness in millimetres for the torso and then the arms and legs. UK sea temperatures are roughly 7 to 10°C in winter and 15 to 18°C in late summer, so 5/4mm or 6/5mm suits (often with boots, gloves and a hood) are the usual winter choice, 4/3mm suits spring and autumn, and 3/2mm suits summer.

Sizing

Listed in men's S, MS, M, MT, L and XL, where MS is a medium short fit and MT a medium tall fit. Check Vissla's size chart against your height, weight and chest before ordering.

Care

Rinse in fresh water after each use and dry out of direct sunlight.
