The Vissla High Seas II is a men's 2/2mm long sleeve spring suit, redesigned with fewer panels for more stretch and comfort. Vissla rates it for cool water of 18 to 21°C (65 to 70°F); UK seas usually peak at around 15 to 18°C in late summer, so it suits the warmest days here or trips to warmer water.

Choosing a wetsuit thickness
The two numbers give the neoprene thickness in millimetres for the torso and then the arms and legs. UK sea temperatures are roughly 7 to 10°C in winter and 15 to 18°C in late summer, so 5/4mm or 6/5mm suits (often with boots, gloves and a hood) are the usual winter choice, 4/3mm suits spring and autumn, and 3/2mm suits summer.
Sizing
Listed in men's S, M and XL (army in M only). Check Vissla's size chart against your height, weight and chest before ordering; a spring suit should fit closely without restricting your shoulders.
Care
Rinse inside and out with fresh water after each use, hang to dry in a cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight, and avoid standing on the suit when changing.
