Vissla High Seas 1.5mm Wetsuit Gloves, Thermal Lined

The Vissla High Seas 1.5mm gloves are thin surf gloves designed for surfers who do not like wearing gloves, giving a bit of warmth on chilly mornings. Vissla rates them for water of 11 to 14°C.

Choosing wetsuit gloves

A 1.5mm glove keeps more feel for paddling than a thick winter glove and suits cool spring and autumn sessions. In winter, when UK sea temperatures drop to roughly 7 to 10°C, most surfers move to a thicker glove worn with a 5/4mm or 6/5mm suit, boots and a hood.

Sizing

Sizes are M, L and XL. Vissla says its surf gloves fit true to glove size and should fit snugly to stop water getting in.

Care

Rinse the gloves thoroughly inside and out with fresh water after use, then lay them flat to dry in a cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
