The Vissla 7 Seas 3mm is a neoprene surf hood rated by Vissla for cold water of 10 to 14°C. It is worn under or with a wetsuit to keep the head and ears warm, and should fit snugly to keep water out.

Choosing a surf hood
Most UK surfers add a hood in winter, when sea temperatures drop to roughly 7 to 10°C, usually with a 5/4mm or 6/5mm suit, boots and gloves. A hood should sit close around the face and neck without pressing on the throat.
Sizing
Sizes listed: M, L and XL. Vissla advises a snug fit to keep water out; check the Vissla size chart before ordering.
Care
Rinse the hood inside and out with fresh water after each use, then lay it flat to dry in a cool, shaded spot out of direct sunlight.
