Replacement roller heads for an electric foot file, for removing hard skin and callus from heels and soles.
Check compatibility first
The most important thing on this page. Foot file rollers are not universal. Different brands use different fittings, and a roller that doesn't seat properly will either not attach or come loose in use.
Check the diameter and fitting against your device before ordering.
Why replace rollers
The abrasive surface wears smooth. A blunt roller doesn't remove less hard skin — it makes you press harder, which is how people take off more than they meant to.
Replace when it stops working quickly rather than pressing on.
Using them safely
Work on dry skin, not after a bath — softened skin abrades far faster than you expect.
Use light pressure and short passes, and stop while there is still a layer of hard skin. Callus exists because of pressure, and removing it entirely leaves the skin underneath tender and prone to splitting.
Do not use on broken, cracked, inflamed or infected skin, on verrucas, or on any area that is numb.
If you have diabetes
Speak to your podiatrist before using any foot file. Reduced sensation means you may not feel that you are pressing too hard, and small injuries to the feet can become serious.
Free NHS podiatry is available for people with diabetes in most areas.
Care
Rinse and dry fully after use. Replace rather than sharing between people.
