Choosing a seat cover

A full cover suits anyone who changes at the beach and gets back in the car in a damp wetsuit, or with sandy kit and wet towels. It also helps on family trips, where children bring sand and snacks back to the car. Because it is one size, check it suits the shape of your seats, and make sure it sits flat and leaves seat belt buckles free to use. On seats with side airbags built into the seat, check your vehicle handbook before fitting any cover.

Using it

Shake out sand after each trip and let the cover dry fully before folding it away, so damp does not transfer to the seat next time.
