• Bedtime Room Spray, 50ml — lavender, chamomile and lemon balm essential oils, for the room and bedding.

Why the two together

Bedtime works on routine rather than on any single product. A warm bath, a massage with a plain oil, a familiar smell in the room, then a story — the sequence is what does the work, and having the same two things every night is what makes it a sequence rather than a series of one-offs.

How to use them

Warm a few drops of the oil between your palms and massage into damp skin after the bath. Spray the mist into the air and onto bedding around twenty minutes before bedtime, not onto your child.
