Xplor Trike Travel Bag – Padded Bag for Flights & Storage

A padded bag for a folded Xplor trike, for flights, car boots and storage.

What it is for

Two things, and the second is the one people underestimate.

Flying. Most airlines carry a pushchair or trike free of charge, but they are handled roughly and go into the hold uncovered otherwise. A padded bag is the difference between it arriving intact and arriving with a bent handle.

Storage. A trike in a garage or shed collects dust, damp and spiders over a winter. Bagged, it comes out clean in spring.

Sized for the folded Xplor, Xplor Plus and Xplor Ultimate.

Flying with a trike

Check your airline's policy before you travel. Most allow a pushchair or trike free in addition to your baggage allowance, but the rules differ on whether it goes to the aircraft door or is checked at the desk.

Take a photo of the trike before you hand it over. If it is damaged in transit you will need it.

Care

Wipe clean. Make sure the trike is dry before bagging it for storage.
