The Deflow 5 Piece is a surfboard tail pad based on Deflow's 2 piece grip but slightly larger and wider. Most of the surface is smooth, with a lined pattern added on the key contact areas for extra grip under the back foot.

Choosing a traction pad
Tail pads give grip for the back foot and help when pushing off the tail in turns; front pads and arch bars give grip for the front foot. Fit a pad to a clean, dry, wax-free deck and follow the fitting instructions so the adhesive bonds properly.
A multi-piece pad lets you set the pieces slightly apart to suit a wider or narrower tail.
