The Deflow 2 Piece Pad is a tail pad for your back foot, based on Deflow's existing 2 Piece Pad with updated looks. It combines a smooth surface with wrinkled foam cubes for extra grip, and a 25mm tall tail kick at 50 degrees adds control.

Choosing a traction pad
Tail pads give grip for the back foot, while front pads and arch bars are for the front foot. A two-piece pad can be spaced to suit narrower or wider tails, and the kick gives your back foot a reference point so you know where the tail is without looking down. Fit it to a clean, dry, wax-free deck, line the kick up with the tail, and press each piece down firmly. Leave it to bond before your next surf.
