What needlepoint actually is

Needlepoint is stitched by hand through an open canvas, one stitch at a time. It is why the surface has real texture and slight variation rather than the flat uniformity of a printed cushion, and why each one differs marginally from the next.

It is also why it lasts. A needlepoint face does not fade or crack the way a print does.

Where it works

Care

Spot clean the needlepoint face. Do not machine wash — hand stitching and machine agitation do not mix. The inner cushion can be removed and aired.
